A family that has been sick for the better part of a week, finally recovering. Pumpkin spice lattes and time alone in a coffee shop, to write. Misty gray skies punctuated with the vibrant flaming colors of fall. Community. Friendships. Pumpkin patches. Sleeping in and eating French toast on a Sunday morning. A church that I really love going to, this afternoon. All good gifts that I thank God for.

I'm glad everyone is feeling better! Such autumny photos! It's all so pretty and golden :-)
Glad too you are getting in that writing time.
are you going to Mars Hill Bellevue? A friend of mine recently started going there and suggested we visit sometime.
Sorry about the sickness - it sure is going around. Have a good rainy week :)
Thank you Sarah. : )
Denise, Yes...Mars Hill Bellevue. We go to the 4pm service. If you're ever there, let me know. I'd love to finally meet you!
I'm glad you are all better. My spouse and I were wiped out by something a week or so ago, but fortunately my daughter didn't get it.
Beautiful photos. The last one looks like a painting.
Just beautiful. There is something about fall that makes it easy to count our blessings (especially when healthy), isn't there? I love thankful posts. :)
Fall is so beautiful: the colors are equally exquisite against dark, stormy skies and bathed in golden sunlight. I hope your family is all better now. Pumpkin lattes sound like they might have some serious healing powers. ;-)
Life is such a feast, isn't it? And I think I am aware of the feastness most at this time of year.
And I love healing. Such a great thing.
